A search for a Litematica download usually lands on the mod. The mod loads a .litematic. It is not the building.

What those two pages actually are
Modrinth lists Litematica as a mod: “A client-side schematic mod with extra features for creative mode work.” The project says the environment is client-side. It names Fabric on Minecraft 1.14 and later, plus LiteLoader on 1.12.x and Rift on 1.13.x, a Forge build only for 1.12.2, and third-party ports such as Forgematica after that. That page distributes the mod. It does not list this site’s houses.
CurseForge’s URL for the same project is under minecraft/mc-mods/litematica, the mods class. Modrinth’s own documentation links to that URL. It is the mod’s page, not a folder of schematics. This site has not counted CurseForge’s files or reviews, and it does not repeat a number it has not read.
When a download from someone else is the right file
Use a file another person made when you want their build: a redstone machine, a recreation, or a base this compiler does not emit. Check that they allow you to use it. This site does not rehost those files, and installing the mod does not put them on disk.
