FAQ
Does this download a real .litematic for Litematica?
Yes. The file is Litematica schematic format version 6 (gzip NBT): palette, packed BlockStates, and metadata. Open it in Litematica as a hologram in survival, then pull the material list from the mod — the same list is also shown on this page before you download. Open the load guide.
What is the difference between .litematic and .schem?
.litematic is Litematica’s format (hologram + material list in survival). .schem is Sponge schematic v2, which WorldEdit / FAWE paste as blocks. Same build, two files. Litematica is the default here because that is the survival workflow; WorldEdit is the creative paste workflow.
Is this generator free?
One small Java build per day is free. After that you pay once: $2.99 per build. No subscription. The schematic converter is free for most builds. Large files use the same one-time download.
Java or Bedrock?
Java Edition only. .litematic and WorldEdit .schem are Java formats. Bedrock has a different structure format; this generator does not emit Bedrock .mcstructure files.
How do I load the file in Litematica?
Save the .litematic into your instance schematics folder (create it if missing). In-game: M → Load Schematics → select the file → place the hologram. Step-by-step paths for Windows, Mac, and launchers are on the load guide. Open the load guide.
Is there a free AI Minecraft build generator?
This site’s free path is one small Java generate per day with a real .litematic — no account and no monthly plan. It is a template generator with 13 fixed build types, not an AI model and not a Bedrock or image-to-build tool. Details on the free generator and AI build pages.
Is this the same as BlockGPT?
Similar goal: a Minecraft schematic file. Different product: it has 13 fixed build types instead of free-form text, Litematica-first (hologram + materials for survival), one-time payments instead of a monthly plan, and dedicated import / format pages instead of a thousand thin /build/ URLs. The generator is a geometric compiler that always emits a valid file; it is not a dump of other players’ builds. Java only — no Bedrock .mcstructure.
Can I paste this with WorldEdit or FAWE?
Download the .schem, put it in the WorldEdit or FastAsyncWorldEdit schematics folder, then //schem load <name> and //paste. Details on the WorldEdit and FAWE schematic pages. WorldEdit page.
Does Litematica get a material list from these files?
Yes. After you place the hologram, open Material List in the mod. This generator also prints the same survival shopping list (and a CSV) before you download, so you can gather oak logs before you even boot the instance.
What Minecraft version are the files for?
Java 1.21-era data version (block ids such as minecraft:oak_planks). Litematica version 6 and Sponge schematic v2. Older 1.12 numeric-id .schematic files are not emitted.
Will this work on a CurseForge or Prism instance?
Yes, if you drop the file in that instance’s schematics folder — not the global .minecraft folder. Launchers isolate instances. The import guide lists Windows, macOS, Linux, and instance paths.
